This chat is designed to provide you with effective instrument of intercommunication and enable you to expand your circle of friends through our Club.

STEP-BY-STEP OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Access to the Chat is from virtual office only.



2. From your virtual office, click on the link Chat on-line monitoring.



3. A window will appear showing who is on-line at the moment (see the picture below):
   
   
   
   
   1. Left column shows the members' ID's. Click on the number to see the member's questionnaire.
   
   
   
   2. Next column indicates the language area where the member joined the Club:
      
      • RUS - Russian
      
      
      
      • ESP - Spanish
      
      
      
      • ENG - English
   
   
   
   3. Third column - member's name.
   
   
   
   4. Next column - communication link. It allows you to invite the member you choose to chat. When you click on the link, a new window will appear displaying text in three languages and a short instruction. After reading the instruction you can start chatting.



4. To enable the correct font encoding, you should indicate the language you choose.



5. When you point out the language, Personal Chat window will appear with or without a photo of your interlocutor (see below) showing chat status, i.e. Inquiry submitted, Wait, etc. After your interlocutor has entered the chat, start.
   
   



6. If your interlocutor has left his virtual office or closed the chat, you will get correspondent communication in your chat window.



7. Chat can fail due to following reasons:
   
   
   1. Pop-ups blocking program is installed in your interlocutor's computer
   
   
   
   2. Communication failure

However, failure cases make 5-10 per cent at most. Club administration will be doing their best to solve the problem. We at "Amor2000.com" hope you enjoy your chat and wish you every success.
