1. General Registration in our club is free of charge. After completing the registration a new participant is given the status of "User of free club services"
   
   
2. The filled form is not visible to search right after the registration. The reason for this is that it is necessary for registered users to confirm the registration.
   
   
3. Confirmation of the registration is made by pressing the link "To confirm registration" in the letter received after the registration.
   
   
4. Confirmation of registration is also done automatically at the first input of the password for access to "Virtual office" of the club participant.
   
   

1. All fields of the form are REQUIRED to be filled out.
   
   
2. Right after the registration, and also after any change in personal information the form is blocked, i.e. it becomes inaccessible to viewing by other participants of the club.
   
   
3. Activation of the form, i.e. permission for its viewing by other participants of club, is done by the club moderator after reviewing the changed biographical particulars.
   
   
4. A form which is not completely filled out, or containing obviously incorrect or intentionally distorted data (for example, #@)?;" instead of a name), is removed from the database without warning.
   
   
5. The form, a photo to which contains pornographic elements, is removed from database without warning.
   
   

1. A photo is not a required attribute of a club participant.
   
   
2. Right after uploading a photo to the server, the photo accompanying the form is blocked, i.e. becomes inaccessible to viewing by other club participants. Instead of the photo a typical drawing "No photo" is displayed.
   
   
3. Activation of a photo, i.e. the sanction for its viewing by other participants of the club, is made by the club photo editor of after conversion too a format accepted in the club.
   
   
4. If after uploading to the server the photo is not present in the form -, it is probably being processed by the photo editor .
   
   
5. If the uploaded photo is poor in quality or its size is too small (the minimal size of a photo for loading on the server - width 180 and height of 250 pixels; recommended - not less than 240 pixels in width and 320 pixels in height) - it is removed from base without warning.
   
   
6. In case the uploaded photo does not appear in the form for a long time (more than a week), it is necessary to upload a photo of a larger size and better quality onto the server.
   
   
7. The club administration does not enter into a correspondence concerning the size and quality of the loaded photos.
   
   

The initial status of any participant of club is: "User of free-of-charge club services". After the payment for any club services the status of the participant changes to "Paid user" due to expanded opportunities and increased of number services provided by the club of.

1. "User of free-of-charge services of club" has the right to:
   
   
   1. Look through, edit the form;
      
      
   2. Delete registration in club;
      
      
   3. Change a photo in the form;
      
      
   4. Look through forms of other club participants;
      
      
   5. Make, look through and edit a personal list of liked persons;
      
      
   6. Send any participant of club a letter with translation;
      
      (ladies only)
   7. Send letters to participants with open data;
      
      
   8. Receive letters from paid participants of club.
      
      
   
   
2. Those who paid for "Open questionnaire" service have the right to:
   
   
   1. Viewing, editing of the form;
      
      
   2. Removal of registration in club;
      
      
   3. Change of photo in the form;
      
      
   4. Viewing of forms of other club participants;
      
      
   5. Drawing up, viewing and editing a personal list of liked persons;
      
      
   6. Sending a letter with translation to any participant of the club;
      
      
   7. Placement of their photo in the top part of page with search results ;
      
      
   8. Reception letters from anyone at their address, including "User of free-of-charge services", translated letters, and direct letters.
      
      
   9. Thus "a user of free-of-charge services" does not have to pay for an opportunity to access the service;
      
      
   10. A weekly e-mail - the list of addresses of club participants who keep you on their liked list.
       
       
   
   
3. Those who paid for"Data access" service have the right to:
   
   
   1. Viewing, editing of the form;
      
      
   2. Removal of registration in the club;
      
      
   3. Change of a photo in the form;
      
      
   4. Viewing of forms of other club participants;
      
      
   5. Drawing up, viewing and editing of a personal list of liked persons;
      
      
   6. Sending a letter with translation to any participant of the club;
      
      
   7. Sending a "Direct Letter" to any club participant;
      
      
   8. Weekly e-mail - the addresses of club participants who have you on their "liked" list
      
      
   
   

1. Payments by credit cards in hard currency.
   
   
2. Payments by bank transfer in U.S. dollars ($).
   
   
3. Payments by a currency transfer system "Western Union".
   
   

1. The administration of the club reserves the right to exercise full control over contents of the site, including forms and photos of participants of the club.
   
   
2. The administration of the club does not enter into a correspondence regarding questions, answers to which are stated in the present Rules, and also published in section "Questions".
   
   
3. The administration of the club does not assume the responsibility for the content of letters received by participants of the club from other participants.
   
   
4. The administration of club has the right to leave without explanation the reason for removal of a form or a photo from the database.
   
   

1. The present Rules are in effect from the moment of their publication.
   
   
2. The present Rules are distributed to all participants of club, irrespective of their status.
   
   
3. Ignorance of the Rules does not release the participant of club from their action. Passage of procedure of registration means full agreement with the present Rules.
   
   
4. The agreement with the present Rules means the consent to publicity of the data of the participant of club.
   
   
5. The consent with the present Rules confers the administration of the club all rights to granting, publication, and also distribution of the information on a club participant.
   
   
6. In case of disagreement by the participant of club with any point the participant of club has the right to remove registration.
